Business owners, shopkeepers, service providers, and advertisers are solely responsible for all information submitted to JaduiJamui.

By creating a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is accurate and up to date.
• You have legal authority to represent the listed business.
• You possess all necessary licenses, permits, and approvals required by law.
• Your products and services comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• You have permission to use all uploaded images, logos, videos, and content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, reject, or remove any listing without prior notice.

6. User Content & Reviews

Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, images, and other content. You remain solely responsible for any content you post.

You agree not to publish content that:

• Is false, misleading, defamatory, or abusive.
• Violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Contains offensive, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory material.
• Promotes illegal activities or fraudulent schemes.
• Violates any applicable law.

By posting content, you grant JaduiJamui a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, reproduce, and distribute such content for platform operations.

7. Prohibited Products & Services

Users may not advertise, promote, sell, distribute, or offer products or services that are prohibited by law.

Examples include but are not limited to:

• Illegal drugs and narcotics.
• Counterfeit goods.
• Stolen property.
• Fraudulent financial schemes.
• Illegal gambling services.
• Pirated software, movies, music, or digital content.
• Any product prohibited by local, state, or national laws.

Discovery of such content may result in immediate removal, account suspension, and reporting to authorities where required.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded content does not infringe the copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or intellectual property rights of any third party.

If a valid copyright complaint is received, we may remove the disputed content without notice.

Repeat infringers may have their accounts permanently terminated.

9. No Verification or Endorsement

JaduiJamui does not verify, inspect, certify, endorse, guarantee, or approve the accuracy, legality, quality, safety, availability, or reliability of any business, product, service, advertisement, review, or listing.

Any reliance on information published on the platform is entirely at your own risk.

10. Transactions & Third-Party Dealings

Any transaction, communication, agreement, booking, purchase, payment, or business relationship entered into between users and listed businesses is solely between those parties.

JaduiJamui is not involved in such transactions and shall not be responsible for:

• Product quality issues.
• Service disputes.
• Refunds or cancellations.
• Delivery failures.
• Fraudulent activities.
• Business misconduct.
• Financial losses.

11. Disclaimer of Liability

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, performance, or suitability of the platform.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, claims, costs, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• User-generated content.
• Business listings.
• Copyright violations by users.
• Illegal products or services.
• System downtime or technical issues.
• Errors or omissions in listings.
• Third-party actions.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JaduiJamui, its owners, employees, affiliates, and administrators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform.
• Your business listings.
• Your uploaded content.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, disable, or permanently terminate any account without prior notice if we believe:

• The user violated these Terms.
• Illegal activity occurred.
• Fraudulent content was posted.
• Copyright infringement occurred.
• Platform security is threatened.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the district where the platform operator conducts business.
